Centro Machiavelli is a centre of Italian language and culture for foreigners founded in Florence in 1978, and VET agency since 2008.
Certifications and Accreditations
Recognized consultancy and training organisation for lifelong learning accredited by the Region of Tuscany, Italy. (DGR 5879, 10/12/2008). Sponsor and partner on projects as part of education and training, financed by the European Commission, the region of Tuscany and the European Social Fund.
Since 1988 it has been part of Tandem International, an international network of schools committed to the research and application of methodology based on linguistic and cultural exchange.
In 2003 it obtained Official recognition of the Ministry of Education, University and Scientific Reserch (Prot. N° 3762).
In 2005 it obtained Quality Certification in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2008).
At the same time it becomes accredited with SCN Sweden (Swedish students are eligible for financial assistance through CSN to study the Italian language at our Centre) and for Bildungsurlaub for the regions of Hamburg and Berlin. The Centre furthermore is under the aegis of the Town of Florence for the participation in linguistic projects aimed at citizens outside the European Union.
