The HEROES experience, held within the Erasmus Plus Program (KA2, Strategic Partnerships for Innovation in Education) was included among the initiatives mapped in the report “ACTION Cultural Heritage - ACtivities and Training from Italy ON Cultural Heritage”, published in Italian and English by the Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali. ACTION Cultural Heritage is an updated survey of the many and varied training and technical assistance initiatives that the Institutes of the Ministry of Culture implemented in the period 2018-2019 and based on material, intangible and digital cultural heritage.
The survey, promoted by the Segretariato Generale of the Ministry of Culture and by the Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali, is designed to outline an overall overview of these activities for informative and cognitive purposes, fostering the international networking within the cultural heritage education.
The Fondazione Scuola dei beni e delle attività culturali is an international institute for training, research and advanced studies within the competencies of the Ministry of Culture with the mission of enhancing and promoting the skills of professionals involved in the management of heritage and cultural activities.
The Foundation promotes a virtuous system of knowledge in which disciplines, skills and subjects interact with each other through training and research activities which mutually feed and update each other.
