About the Courses
Our courses address various targets (teachers, trainers, educators, youth workers, and other professionals) eager to expand their cultural heritage, language acquisition, and educational innovation competencies. Each course is meticulously structured over five days and features a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge, practical activities, and immersive experiences. We also offers personalised language strengthening courses. Participants will benefit from the institution's knowledge of the Erasmus+ Programme and project management, equipping them with the tools and strategies necessary to succeed in this Programme.
Our Methodologies
Our trainers use a blended learning approach, combining in-class, experiential and outdoor activities. This allows participants to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. A key feature of our methodology is the emphasis on non-formal education. This fosters active engagement, collaboration, and experiential learning, making it especially effective for adult learners, educators, and youth workers. Each course begins with ice-breaking activities, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Daily energiser activities will be included as the course progresses to maintain focus and engagement, ensuring that participants remain motivated and ready to learn throughout the course.
