Promoted by Pre edukáciu Sabinova (SK), the TEE project aims to develop innovative good practices and specific tools to foster cultural responsible tourism, social ethic and sustainability, pushing the discover, safeguard and enhancement both of local traditions and intercultural exchange.
Within the TEE project will be designed and implemented three different products (Intellectual Outputs):
A thematic COMIC with stripes that invite tourists in a fun and engaging way to adopt the “etiquette” of the "responsible traveler", with correct and polite behavior, respectful of the uses, customs and traditions of the visited country;
"Traditions, Ethics and Etiquettes", a paper and digital publication related to ethical and cultural issues, aimed to promote the knowledge of local traditions and their respect, underlining the value of the behavioral unwritten rules for responsible traveler as well as the most common attitudes of majorities towards minorities and / or migrants;
A specific training course for the development of transversal skills related to how respect the diversity and cooperate with different people, supporting the adoption of appropriate behaviors and promoting tolerance and the ethics of being together. The course will also contain a section on the history of philosophy, explained through the use of illustrations and practical examples.
The project, which should have ended in November 2020, has been extended until the end of November 2021. The extension period will allow partners to overcome the difficulties and delays faced during the sanitary emergency which, from March 2020, has unfortunately affected all European countries. This way, the regular and complete development of all the TEE products will be ensured.
