The aim of Leonardo Multilateral Projects ‘Transfer of Innovation’ (TOI) is to improve the quality and attractiveness of the European VET system by adapting and integrating innovative content or results from previous Leonardo Projects, or from other innovative projects into public and/or private vocational training systems and companies at the national, local, regional, or sectoral level.
TOI funding is designed to help you adapt existing innovative practice for use in new settings, through working with transnational partners.
Transfer of innovation projects aim to:
- adapt and transfer best practice and innovation in VET to new contexts (e.g. target groups, sectors, countries)
- produce tangible products
- integrate results into training systems and practices at geographical, sectoral and/or organisational level
