Course Overview: The course is designed to provide professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to create and submit successful Erasmus KA2 proposals. Participants will explore the Erasmus Programme in-depth, focusing on KA2, which aims to foster cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices. Through theoretical insights and practical exercises, participants will learn how to create effective partnerships, draft strong proposals, and plan for the successful implementation and dissemination of their projects.
MAIN TRAINING PROGRAM
Day 1: Introduction to the Erasmus Programme and KA2
- Overview of the Erasmus Programme, focusing on its objectives, impact, and opportunities for organisations.
- Group discussion on participants' previous experiences with Erasmus or similar programmes.
- Introduction to KA2 – understanding its focus on partnerships and innovation.
Day 2: Partnership development and online tools
- Building solid partnerships – strategies for identifying and engaging potential partners.
- Exploring online tools and platforms (e.g., Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, Partner Search Tool) to find and connect with partners.
- Practical session on using online tools to initiate partnerships, drafting a partnership strategy and identifying potential partners for a project idea.
Day 3: Analyzing successful proposals and writing an abstract
- Detailed analysis of successful KA2 proposals – structure, key elements, and evaluation criteria.
- Reviewing sample proposals, focusing on abstract and key components.
- Writing a project abstract with group feedback on the drafts and suggestions for improvement.
Day 4: Writing a KA2 proposal
- A step-by-step guide to writing the KA2 proposal – covering the main sections of the application form.
- Drafting proposals, focusing on objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.
- Detailed work on the proposal – refining the project description, work plan, and budget.
- Presenting drafts for peer and facilitator feedback, refining them based on the input received.
Day 5: Project Implementation, follow-up, dissemination and sustainability
- Planning for successful project implementation – timelines, task distribution, and monitoring progress.
- Discussion on the importance of dissemination and sustainability of project results.
- Creating a dissemination and sustainability plan to share project outcomes and ensure long-term impact.
- Final review of the week’s activities, Q&A session, and course feedback
