The Contest
Since 2000 Lifelong learning has been one of the priorities of the European Union, and with the Lisbon Conference, the member states clarified the strategies and objectives by defining a new direction for learning:
"The emphasis should be shifted from knowledge to skills, from teaching to learning, placing the learner at the center of the process. This shift implies that people learn to learn". Because of this reason there is the necessity to develop different methods, which depend on the situation of the learner and the characteristics of the subject to be learned. (European Commission, Making a European Area of Lifelong Learning).
The Idea
The concept of experiential learning and psychodrama education fits within this context, which moves in the opposite direction of the traditional pedagogical experience. Modern trainers are becoming more familiar with the term "Experiential Learning" and "educational psychodramatic methods." But it is important to define properly who the trainers are that are potentially more interested in these techniques and how they can acquire the skills that can allow them to apply psychodrama to their method of teaching.
Objectives
The goal of the project is to improve the skills of adult educators, allowing them to acquire the competences for using the tools of psychodrama in teaching through the development of a training program based on their actual training needs.
The goal of the project is to transfer and spread the practices existing in Europe by improving efficiency, andto promote a training programme for trainers based on techniques of psychodrama.

Analysis of the needs of education for adults concerning the use of psychodrama

Creation of a seminary for the training of trainers
